This website describes CountsBook and its features. It is provided for general information. Product behaviour, availability and integrations may change as the product develops.

Nothing on this site is professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for how you record and report your own business transactions.

The public demo is a shared environment provided so you can evaluate the product. Do not enter confidential, personal or sensitive business information into it.

Demo data may be visible to other users, reset, or deleted without notice. Demo access is provided as-is and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per month, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Starter plan starts at Rs 5,999 per month.

Final pricing depends on users, warehouses, modules and deployment requirements. It is confirmed in a written quotation. We may change published prices, and obvious errors or omissions do not bind us.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or bulk-extract content, to impersonate another person, or to upload malicious code.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the site is being misused.

The site, its content, design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by CountsBook or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit its content without our prior written permission. The CountsBook name and logo are our trademarks.

The site may link to third-party websites or services, including our demo environment. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
